At this time, we offer local delivery only. We do not ship our products via mail or courier services. When placing an order, it is your responsibility to ensure your address is within our delivery zones. If your address is outside our service area, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund.

We take great care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, update details, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
All bone broth products are made in small batches using human-grade, locally sourced ingredients. They are intended for supplemental feeding only and should not replace a balanced diet. Please consult with your veterinarian if your pet has dietary concerns.

Please refer to our full Refund & Returns Policy for details. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on bone broth. Refunds or replacements may be issued for damaged or incorrect orders if reported within 48 hours of delivery.
